• Extensive experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects) as well as industry-leading design software including PowerPoint, KeyNote, Molecular rendering/DICOM viewer applications, and Maxon Cinema 4D.
• 9 years supporting faculty, residents, researchers and administration of UT Southwestern Department of Radiology with visual media.
• More than 11 years of employment as Senior Medical Illustrator and Project Manager at Medical Media Holdings (formerly Cancer Information Group, Physicians' Education Resource and CURE Magazine) with responsibility for creation of artwork for 200+ newsletters and peer-reviewed journals, CURE magazine, and support materials for over 300 annual Continuing Medical Education meetings for oncologists.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills including repeated success mentoring and training junior designers and conveying technical healthcare and design concepts to diverse audiences from jurors to surgeons.
Throughout my career I have strived to remain on the leading edge of technology trends and standards. With a commitment to advancing the inherent value of detailed visual media, I have consistently completed additional training to ensure each of my projects adhere to the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and visual appeal.
